Visa requirements for tourists:
1. Filled up Application form (type written)
2. 2 passport size picture w/ white background
3. Valid passport (6 months) all passport issued at JAN 2014 to present need to submit old passport/explanation letter if old passport isn’t available. (Starting Aug 22, 2016)

8. RELIGIOUS INDIVIDUALS: personal and letter from the diocese/congregation/religious organization, provide a guarantee letter stating that the applicants will not do any religious activity during his/her stay in china and that his/her sole purpose in visiting the country is purely tourism.
Note: 1st time travelers to china need the following:
9. Bank certificate (PhP100,000.00 minimum). w/receipt, w/check write, w/ account
opening date, type of account & w/ ending balance PhP100,000.00.
10. Bank statement (PhP100,000.00) minimum amount for the last 6 months (original)
11. ITR (income tax return) stamp or received by BIR
12. Employment certificate including the salary and date of tenures
13. Company ID Photocopy if any
14. Birth certificate NSO (6 months valid)
15. Marriage certificate (if any)
16. Filled up details @ back portion of the passport
17. Photo copy of all documents submitted
